“This was an exceptional joint, full of flavour and so tender it melted in the mouth. My fussy family said it was the best Christmas lunch ever and some of the leftovers made a really delicious cottage pie. The delivery was on time, exactly as promised, and the meat was so well packed that the ice blocks were still solid when it arrived more than 24 hours after dispatch.”

“This joint cooked nicely and tasted as it should but there was lots of fat. We have bought ribs of beef for years at Christmas, this our first from farmison. We know the joint has fat for flavour but the large amount spoilt it for us. It was also the most expensive. Sorry will Probably go back to Pipers.”
