“My experience overall with our purchase from Flag Nation was great. The "tools" on the website to create your own flag are very well thought out. I work in the graphics and printing industry myself, and the details ave very good as far as setting up files for custom printing. Also, the quick responses from your service team are excellent. I gave the kit 4 stars instead of 5 only because the pole itself does not seem very durable. The little plastic clasp that holds the flag onto the pole seems fragile. But I would still recommend the product.”
