“The flag itself is excellent. The design team was fast and helpful. The shipping was extremely quick. The base is a good quality. However, I had given the design team a QR code for my flag with a direct link to my website. They disregarded my QR code and replaced it with one that will not link to my site until I sign up for a subscription service. This was not explained to me and is nowhere obvious in the policy. That type of disingenuous behavior ruins all of the hard work an effort the customer service put in. I will never order a flag from here again.”
