“The best quality flags I've seen and the price point was an extreme value. I was blown (no pun intended) away by the quality and ending up ordering 4 more flags!”
“I just received the feather flags and they look good. The custom color is lighter than I expected but will work. I still need to see how they will hold up in the weather but they seem well made. My complaint is the customer service. I worked directly with their staff by email creating the artwork, once I approved the artwork I asked how do we proceed and was sent a link for a semi-custom feather flag and was told to put in the notes "Ian had the artwork in his files." I created my order using the link they sent and put in my notes about the artwork and paid with my credit card. Later that day I received an email from another staff member saying my order was a customer order, not a semi-custom and there would be an additional cost. How am I supposed to know that? I worked with their staff creating the art and then used the link they sent me. I had spent some time creating the flag I wanted and the additional was not a huge amount so I paid the extra. I then received another email saying "I've transcribed the financial transaction listed in the invoice below. After calculating everything the new total to upgrade to Fully-Custom flags is $63.98, which can be paid with this new link. Our sincerest apologies for the confusion." They had now added almost $100 to my original order. When I called them directly all I got was to take it or leave it. Feels to me like bait and switch and I will never work with this company again.”
