“The food was very good. The delivery was on-time and the driver did a fantastic job of communicating as he was given the wrong address! I was disappointed that we received no drinks when we ordered iced tea and lemonade. On the good side, this lovely woman from Qdoba called me promptly to sincerely apologize and offered to make it right. What outstanding customer service under no-so-good circumstances. It was explained that another driver took part of our order to another customer by mistake.
I think we were 'short changed' more than the drinks because the order was for 40 people and we did not have enough protein for the team - and about 32 people turned up. Our contacts at Platterz are checking into this.
Overall the team loved it but as this is our first order I am nervous and hope that this is not what is going to happen with orders in the future.
Also, I am left with serving trays and heaters that I am expected to get back to the restaurant. I was expecting no administrative follow up as we have a client manager we are paying for.”
“The food they catered for our work Holiday Party was tasty. We had the burrito bar, although I didn't realize going into it that it was burrito bowls, and that there wouldn't be any tortillas available to make a burrito.
We didn't have enough veggies for all if the vegetarians we had, but had more than enough beans. Half of the beans could've been replaced with veggies.
Some people on the list didn't end up making it to the party which turned out to be a good thing when it came to food, because we wouldn't have had enough for everyone. Qdoba needs to portion things out better to accommodate the number of people accordingly.

“This is the first time that I have ever ordered through Platterz and Qdoba was the top of the three recommended by Jon Joca. The deliverer set up the layout perfectly and quietly off to the side in a room where the meeting was taking place. Impressed by how long the food stayed warm.
The group of Officers fed were all very pleased and extremely complimentary of the lunch. I even had an Inspector ask me for information regarding Qdoba in order for her to use them in the future for a Senior Officer lunch.

“Requested 1230pm delivery and site said it would arrive in between 12 and 1230 however order showed up an hour early at 1130
Mains to topping ratios can be improved. Ran out of guac, corn, salsa, cheese but had lots of left overs of rice beans and chips. More toppings would have encouraged people to eat more of other leftovers.
Lettuce did not look very fresh
Despite few above improvements that could be made people loved the lunch!”
