“There was a couple of things about this order that didn't go as planned. one was the delay in delivering. it was originally planned for 11:15 to 11:45 but food didn't arrive till noon which caused a delay in my training.
the other thing that didn't go as planned was the actual order. I have originally ordered 1 large beef platter and 1 medium chicken platter, but I received 1 medium beef and 2 medium chicken platters.
Having said all of that, I received a nice and courteous apology text from the restaurant owner which I appreciated.”
