“I ordered food to be delivered between 11am and 11:30am for my Executive Leadership and Senior Directors meeting which included the company's CEO and no food was delivered! This was a VIP meeting that did not have a break between meetings so they were dependent on the food being delivered. I have ordered from Pinke's before and never had a delivery issue. Forgetting about an order is not an option in this industry!
Now I received an email receipt for my order. I have left a message for my representative to hopefully get this fixed immediately so my card is not charged and do not expect this kind of service again.
Please note: it is because of the excellent service I received in the past that I am continuing to move forward in the future.

“They showed up late, the food was warm - not hot (even though they had sternos), and started breaking down 30 minutes earlier than I would have expected given their arrival.”
“For 25 people it was barely enough food. There were literally 25 total veggie skewers presented in a very large tin, making it seem even more sparse. The veggie platter had a lot of green beans and not a lot of the other veggies. Who eats green beans alone with ranch? The whole catering then was just not up to par with how much we paid.”
