“I submitted a Group Order with Yoki Express. Around the time I was expecting the delivery, I got a phone call saying the food would be delivered a bit later than expected. For my purposes, this wasn't a huge deal for my all-day meeting, but I can foresee it having been an inconvenience in other scenarios. I did at that time speak on the phone with someone from Yoki, reminding them to please deliver to the correct building number, and was slightly disappointed when they didn't, after they had agreed to make sure they would. The trip to get the food (which was a little warmer than anticipated when I got it) and bring it to where it needed to be would have been more manageable had the individual packages of food been put in several bags. From what I heard, the containers were originally in an insulated carrier that could not be kept where/when we needed it. On the bright side, everyone very much appreciated how what everyone ordered was labeled in terms of what it was and to whom it belonged; this was amazing!”
