“our event was from 6-8. The food stations were not up and ready when we walked in. The wait staff was putting things out and placing them on the counters because they could not pass them out fast enough. They were short staffed for the event. Most of our guests left at 8pm, but since we had some lingering we decided to stay an extra hour. Our dessert platters did not come out until 8:30pm. Had we actually closed down we would not have been able to even have dessert. They ended up putting the dessert platters on the counter and people packed boxes so they could take them home. Worst service. Room was great.”
