“Platterz is a great service with amazing customer service, Jamey was super helpful and awesome in assisting...However, the order we received for our company event was EXTREMELY sub par. I had ordered an antipasti platter, with the expectation it would be various cured and smoked meats, fresh mozzarella, olives, artichokes, etc. What we received was a slop of turkey and fairly inedible other "meats" with sliced American cheese underneath that resembled Kraft Singles. All topped with some sort of pasta salad where the pasta was hard as a rock and then with random strawberries all over it. We received an enormous platter of sliced whole wheat and rye bread that didn't get touched and was a bit strange. The coconut shrimp was so-so, I understand when ordering catering or any food to go might get a little soggy as I have also worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years. I cannot personally say that I tried the "beef" sate, but I was asked by SEVERAL individuals what type of meat it was and everyone refused to believe it was in fact beef. The veggie spring rolls were OK, drenched in grease but a bit more edible than some of the other items. The crudite was fine, can't really mess that up to much! Lastly, I am unsure what the bruschetta even was, never seen anything of the sort. I am going to go out on a limb and say I would not recommend this place to others in the future unless they change their ways. But again, Platterz is not to blame, but just wanted you to know the result of our event. SEVERAL pounds of food in the trash (over $1100 worth) and everyone having to go out to eat after.”
