“Normally we've ordered from Tompkins and they're great, but we had to cancel a large group order as the meeting got cancelled (due to spread of covid19) - and they were not easy to work with. I understand it's an usual time but would have appreciated a little more assistance and flexibility as we are (or were) regular orderers.”

Although the food quality was good there were a few things that need improvement:
1- the order arrived before 7am, we it should have been closer to 8:30 - 8:45am
2- they did not give enough napkins (i swear i think it was exactly 10)
3- It was supposed to be an assortment of egg sandwiches arranged in halves. All were bacon, egg and cheese wrapped whole. this was the biggest issue with the order. i was expecting a couple of non-meat options for folks.
But the food itself was good and they provided all the condiments (impressive actually)
