“Feedback from my team: Krystos was better, food wise - more people got more chicken with Krystos. We got a call at 2 p.m. asking if dinner could be delivered early - we said no, as that's not how this is supposed to work. In the end, dinner still came early, at 4:45 p.m., and the lunch contact received a phone call about dinner's delivery, and he was no longer working - the dinner contact wasn't called. I get the sense we'll always be dealing with these kinds of logistical issues, but for shift workers on my end, they're quite frustrating, because the instructions left were clear. Thanks!”
