“I order from Platterz as it saves me time to have the food delivered in advance of my
"lunch and learn" presentations in downtown Toronto. The service saves me time.
The presentations start at 12 noon, and end at 1 pm (that's it). Often, I can not get into the presentation meeting until 12 noon (to set-up) as there is another meeting going on in the room before my presentation. The 'packaging' involved was not individual, and so, it takes up time for everyone to
'line-up' and serve themselves. My order on Wednesday was to include 5 bottles of water, and 15 cans of pop. It seems that Krystos only offers pop. I would prefer to offer my guests something healthier than pop. However, the biggest issue with this order, is that the Qty. 5 water, and Qty. 15 pop were not delivered with the order. Unfortunatley this meant that I had to leave, go down 9 floors, across the street, buy Qty. 20 drinks, back up 9 floors, and end up staring my presentation later than I wanted.
Not a great start to my presentation. I don't think that I'll be using Krystos again for some time.”
