It has been a nightmare of web pages that wouldn't all me to replace the 1099R forms my memory challenged husband's lost and being told the office hours. I called only to find I was given the wrong office hours. I expected the same, or worse, from the IRS's procedure to file for an extension. I was surprise and extremely pleased that I was wrong.”
