First off, although Biggie is well big (my FinalStraw fits inside of the BiggieStraw), it and the case are super lightweight (feels lighter than my FinalStraw 2.0) and doesn’t even add a noticeable difference to the weight of my keyring. Upon opening the case Biggie is folded into the case and is easily removed and easily reinserted as the straw has two places that are thinner which is where it bends at so it always folds into the perfect size. As with their FinalStraw the BiggieStraw also has a defined mouthpiece which I personally love and am so happy to see as part of the design. Finally I found the cleaning to be super easy and as a bonus the opaque design allowed me to make sure none of my sticky smoothie managed to get trapped inside. Biggie has given me one more reason to no longer need or want one use plastics and I highly recommend this for anyone interested in a totable, well made and well designed reusable straw that works great for big straw (or even regular straw) sized drinks.”
“I love my original Final Straw but when I get a milkshake or my fiancé gets a smoothie on a road trip, we need a bigger diameter! We put our Biggie to the test with a milkshake last night and it was perfect! I love the pointed tip to get through a lid, it sucks up a ton so you get a good mouthful with no fight, and it was easy to clean with the cleaner. Of course I love the bright color and convenient case too.”
“Ever since I first purchased my first FinalStraw off KickStarter, I’ve been obsessed with it, and Biggie Straw does not disappoint either!
I love how durable the material is, even where it folds. I foresee it living a long, heathy life. So far I’ve just used it for smoothies, and it does an amazing job of delivering the smoothie from cup to mouth, allowing me to guzzle every drop with the pointed end. The straw itself is definitely wide enough to accommodate bubble tea too, and having the lid-punching piece means easy access! Because the mouth end is so wide, it took a bit of getting used to it, but I know it will feel more comfortable through further use.
The cleaning squeegee does an excellent job of scraping off any residue left inside, but I don’t feel as if it really does a thorough scrubbing job for sparkling cleanliness. I’m excited to see how this product continues to develop, and 100% recommend the Biggie Straw (hello birthday presents!)”
