“The lid gets covered in mold within one day of adding wipes and tablet. It is a joke of a product and they have offered no resolution to the know issue!”
“Great idea but poorly designed product and terrible customer service. Do not waste your money. The wipes created streaked on most surfaces and became moldy after a short time, and the black spots remained even after washing. I reached out to the company twice, but never received a return call or email. I have liked other products of theirs, like Final Straw, but this company has lost me as a customer.”
“The lid did not close completely onto the container. I reached out via email when I received it and got a response telling me to "try twisting the lid closed" and to send them a photo of it. I responded letting them know I had tried twisting, as well as other things, to get lid closed; and I included several photos. I never got a response from them again regarding the issue. I tried sending 3 additional emails, to which I got no response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The product got moldy inside due to it not closing correctly so I threw it away. Highly disappointed to say the least.”
“The travel container is nice but the design of the home container is awful. It completely molded and now has to be thrown away. This is the opposite of what you want in a disinfectant product. We are also very disappointed with the quality of the wipes. I really wanted to love this as I want to be environmentally friendly but the product is unusable.”
