“Received a defective straw. Wasn’t unhappy about it until I realized how terrible customer service is. Ive been jumping through hoops for over a month just trying to get someone to reply to me. Sent 3 emails — all went unanswered. It wasn’t until I visited their Instagram that I realized several other people had the same issues! Eventually someone did reply to me through DM but it’s taken several more back and forth messages just to get a replacement started. For a $30 straw, skip it. Find a better alternative that’s still good for the environment!”

They have not been distributed yet, but I want to say that the customer service I received from FinalStraw was OUTSTANDING! I was in a giant hurry to get this ordered placed, and they jumped on this for me and made accommodations to let me pay for the large order via credit card instead of purchase order. They were packaged perfectly and responsibly, and I'm just super happy and can't wait to distribute to the staff, and, help the planet!”
