“We are very displeased with this company. The first one came with missing parts which took over a year to get. I got so fed up I ordered another one (the black updated version). After the quarantine for covid we went to use it at a restaurant and the straw was sealed shut and we are unable to get it working again. We want to save the world and animals by not using straws, but we will not be doing it with this company unfortunately.”

Sometimes, when the straw sits for a little while, the joints can stick together. Try squeezing the silicone at the joints to unstick the silicone.
