“The product is great but you have to get into the habit of using it. I tend to get sodas which can make cleaning more urgent. If you regularly drink water or some other less sugary substance that wouldn't be as big of an issue.”

“Love everything except the cleaner. While the brush is a great idea, mine got stuck in the case & the tip ended up breaking off inside the case. I was able to pop the bottom out of the case but: 1) the bottom of the case popped back out at some point & is lost forever, and 2) after gluing the brush back onto the rod, it came off again after I put it back into the case. Overall, awesome straw, awesome case, poor cleaning brush.”
