Every time I pull my FinalStraw out at a restaurant, the wait person or another diner asks where they can get one. Very handy and safe.

Love the convenience of always having a straw and not polluting our ecosystem with plastic when I’m done!! Bought 2 because my son wants to save the turtles

Hi Nicole, We're sorry to hear about your sticky situation with your FinalStraw! After washing, place your “V” formation straw in a cup to let it dry. Once dry, fold back into your case and you are good to go! That should do the trick, but contact our customer support team at halp@finalstraw.com if you run into any other issues. -Shelby & The Final Crew

Water gets stuck in the straw even after you wash it and let it dry for days. Folding it up in between drinking throughout the day became very unsanitary.

Hi Tatianna, We're sorry about that and we'd love the chance to help turn this around! Once you're home, be sure to place your straw in a "V" formation upside-down in a cup. Allow for enough time to dry completely before putting it back in the case. While your straw dries, rinse your case with soap and water and lay upside down with the lid open. That should get your straw back to sucking shape! If there's any way we can be of assistance, please let us know at halp@finalstraw.com -Shelby & The Final Crew
