After washing, place your “V” formation straw in a cup to let it dry. Once dry, fold back into your case and you are good to go! That should do the trick, but contact our customer support team at halp@finalstraw.com if you run into any other issues.

Once you're home, be sure to place your straw in a "V" formation upside-down in a cup. Allow for enough time to dry completely before putting it back in the case. While your straw dries, rinse your case with soap and water and lay upside down with the lid open. That should get your straw back to sucking shape!
