“I had ordered a Final Straw about an yr ago and the quality in comparison now has really depreciated. I am not happy with the product and would like to know what happened. I really love my old final straw and it's disheartening to see that the company is not keeping up with the quality. There are various alternatives available in the market and I would have loved to order from them but because Final Straw makes commitments to support the plant, I decided to put my money with you. I would like to return my straw. The container itself has marks from production, seems like quality control failed somewhere.”
