“Also I found with the directions for the big ones that you have in the house there was not enough water to cover the 10 towels you recommended to put in the container. I would change the directions for more water for 10 towels to fill the whole container. Because I do not want to boil water every time I clean. I love the idea to save the earth with this product but it just needs to be more user-friendly to get the crowd that uses wipes to be user-friendly.I do like the look of the container it is very classy. The towels are very sturdy and work well.”
“After a month of use the container grew mold. The top has it in the wood grain and I can’t clean it well enough to feel comfortable using. I don’t want to clean my things with mold water. The cloths have started to fray after a few washes. It’s a real bummer, I was super excited about this product. But you would think the container and the cleaning solution would keep mold from growing. After all the container is meant to keep wet wipes.
I did reach out to final about it and they just gave me cleaning instructions. Thanks?”
“While I appreciate that this is mostly water/air tight and a thick plastic, the fit for the lid isn't quite perfect - it tends to get shoved back out the top when liquids are added.
I am additionally disappointed that the design ended up vastly different from what was advertised during the KickStarter.
I may have still backed but the change seems like a dirty pull.”
“Really enjoying this product. Nice clean look. Figuring out the right level of water to add takes getting used to, but the wipes work great! My only wish is that it also included a spot for soiled wipes. I find myself bringing each wipe to the laundry room after use which doesn't seem efficient.”
“Not what I'd call sleek and stylish and as a Kickstarter backer I had no idea what it would look like until just before it was shipped to me. The lid does not stay down and I don't know if this contributes to the mold problem. You are instructed to dump any remaining solution out weekly and clean the container with soap and water, that to me is wasteful and not environmentally friendly.”
