“The lid did not close completely onto the container. I reached out via email when I received it and got a response telling me to "try twisting the lid closed" and to send them a photo of it. I responded letting them know I had tried twisting, as well as other things, to get lid closed; and I included several photos. I never got a response from them again regarding the issue. I tried sending 3 additional emails, to which I got no response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The product got moldy inside due to it not closing correctly so I threw it away. Highly disappointed to say the least.”
“These actually work -- have not had them long, but like the smell of the disinfectant and am using them. Have already laundered 2 cloth wipes and they came out just fine -- already popped them back in the bottom of the container. The container looks great on the counter.”
“I’m still adjusting to this, but I love it. Super easy to set up and use. Clothes come out from the wash great and they work really well. Way better than a sponge or paper towel or even a wet wipe. I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to keep reminding myself to use a final wipe before I reach for something else!”
