“I love the concept and the whole packaging but it takes some figuring out when attempting to put back into its compartment , otherwise , I love this product.”

Our team has done some testing of our own and found if it is put away incorrectly it makes the case difficult to close.
I know it sounds silly to ask, but are you sure the arrows are properly aligned on the spork?

“I really like this product, it has come in handy when out and about and picking up take out food. I love the colors. I love the case. The only comment that I want to make that doesn't make this a 5-star product, is it is very difficult to put back in it's case. I noticed that there are arrows to help the user figure out how to fold up this utensil, however it is just not very intuitive to get back inside the case. Most times it takes me a solid 5 minutes to figure out how to get it inside of its case, which I feel is a bit of a time suck. Otherwise, great product!”

“Bought 2 - Cyan and Shark-butt. They are well made and love the size. Only issue was that the grey one would not go back in the case no matter what we did. Reached out to customer service and didn't hear back, but finally discovered that it will go back in if you hold the folded spork at the very top, squeezing it togother -and then it will slide in!”
