“I was disappointed when paying for a faster delivery which was on parcelforce 24, when the delivery was not received until 4 days after ordering. I was advised that it would be received the day after ordering by parcel-force. This was then amended. I wanted the neck warmer for a holiday. Unfortunately I did not receive in time. Wish I had not paid the extra for the faster delivery.”
