“Bought this in the sale, and have worn it several times. Excellent for running or under a hooded jacket to keep toasty but avoid overheating. However - it is very thin, with badly finished seams on the band, and I felt it to be significantly overpriced, even in the sale at £25. Would certainly not have paid full price.”
“I am not really a fan of thick densely knitted hats, so really like this hat, It's lightweight and packs down into a pocket easily, and its low profile, so will fit under a mountain bike or climbing helmet without a problem. It's not the most windproof hat, but I quite like that, and it does offer good warmth for its weight.
The only issue I've had is that I managed to shrink my original orange stripe version in the washing machine on a 'tough 30 degree' cycle - previously always given it a quick hand wash and it'd been fine. I liked the hat so much, I bought another in a different colour (I won't be throwing this in the wash with my socks! :))”
