“I washed this item for the first time, following the care instructions on the inside of the garment.
Unfortunately, this resulted in the garment being shrunk.
While I obviously was very disappointed about this, I was very pleased with Findra's response when I took it back to the shop. I was offered a replacement and advised to wash all merino baselayers by hand, or on a woolcycle.”
