“I wore this on a multi day wilderness trek in the Cairngorms. It was perfect. The high neck, low back and thumb holes meant that I wore only this base layer for most days. I found thumb holes meant I didn’t need gloves. (When it was colder I wore the Findra merino neck gaiter too.) Absolutely love it. Very expensive for me but worth it.”
“Was hesitant to buy at first, as I'm not one to purchase from targeted ads on Instagram, but.... I'm so glad I decided to! Having moved from São Paulo, Brazil to the UK, I found my winter clothing terribly wanting. While I'm not out hiking every day, sitting in front of a computer working all day doesn't help keep me any warmer. When I saw this style with the built in "hand cozies", as I call them, I knew this product was meant for me.
I checked the sizing chart and previous reviews, decided a medium should fit me just fine, and was absolutely pleased with the fit when it arrived! There's just enough of a relaxed fit that you don't feel like you're being slowly compressed (you can move easily), but enough of a close fit that it wears comfortably under sweaters. I've gone from sitting around the house in a shirt, sweater, and dressing gown to only needing my Findra base layer and my sweater! I feel so immediately in love, I bought another!
Special note on the hand cozies: SUPER BIG plus for those who find their hands get frozen typing on a keyboard while the rest of their body is toasty. No more painful, fumbling typing because my fingers are so cold. And they easily slide off and flip over the cuff so you can remove them quickly for things like using the restroom, eating pizza, etc.
Highly HIGHLY recommend. Quality product. Worn for over a week w/o any odor or stretching out. Haven't tried washing it yet, but then, it doesn't really need it.”
