“What luxury it is to wear these tops. I've got so many iterations of tops to wear when hiking/biking/skiing/etc., and these tops are my favourite by a long shot. I've got other wool ones, tech/poly, silk, and so many combinations of materials, but these tops are better than all of them. My skin is pretty sensitive to wool blends and lots of tech/poly mixed fabrics, but these ones are just fine without needing anything under them -- they're extremely soft against the skin. I'm not out doing any sports in arctic temps (>-15C), but these are fine under a good down or poly fill jacket down to well below zero.
I don't really have the words to describe how soft they are. A cloud? The warm breeze on your skin on a sunny day? It's like wearing air - but warm. And I love the fit/shape as well. They also wash up very well -- I wouldn't dare wash them any other way than how the very explicit instructions that are sent with the shirt(s) say to wash them, so if you do that they stay soft and lovely and don't shrink.”
