“Such a beautiful top. I was SO gutted when it shrunk really bad in the wash after only wearing it three times and was un-wearable and FINDRA were absolutely amazing and replaced it for me free of charge!! They also let me send back my old top (again, free of charge!) so they could recycle it or re-use the material as I didn't want it going to waste. It's this sort of customer service that will keep me shopping with them, even if the price tag is quite high. It does say on the label 30deg wash which I followed, but I would only hand-wash from now on!”
