“I have a few base layers already (not Findra) so felt a bit extravagant buying this but the moment I opened the package I loved it - really soft material, incredibly light and stretchy, and just lovely to wear. The handwarmers work really well and are easy to push up when not needed. My other tops are very fitted and I was worried this one would be a bit too tight in the Small size so ordered the M for a roomier top. It's so stretchy that the S would almost certainly have fitted and the M is a bit oversized but I actually like that - it's more like a shaped Linton on me. Lovely navy. too. Only niggle is the neckline that is a bit higher than I would prefer it to be - it catches across the base of the throat slightly.”
“This is the perfect layering top for winter and in-between seasons. It’s very lightweight, and doesn’t pill or add bulk. And it’s got plenty of length to cover the hips on the outside or tuck in. The thumb holes are great when it’s not quite cold enough to wear gloves and they make it easy to pull on extra layers without your sleeves riding up. Have not washed it yet but I will follow the instructions. I’ve been searching for a long time for a British-made merino top like this, having discovered and bought far cheaper but inferior ones from New Zealand that were made in guess where. I now have three and will probably be tempted by another! They’re not cheap but I have high hopes of their longevity.”
