Foundation+ F1 - Fair with Neutral Undertones Reviews

4.6 Rating 183 Reviews
I have used Fitglow since May 2017. I saw it on a instragram and said what the heck let's try it! It has been a game changer!! I have dry skin, Rosacea and acne prone in the Texas heat! Over the past 5 years this foundation has given me full coverage and is lightweight. I am able to build on it without feeling cakey and it makes me feel confident. I was always able to color match for the most part but now with all the new tones it is even better!! My skin has improved over these past 5 years using only fitglow products. If you haven't tired it, do it, you won't regret it!! Can't find your color, do the sample pack it is a wonderful way to find the right shade(s)!!

I have only worn this foundation about 4 or 5 times but my thoughts on it are is it's too thick especially for summer. I think I would reach for this more in the winter. The oils in this cause my t-zone to become an oil slick by mid day. Picking up the new setting powder and the brush to hopefully get some more use out of this as it is an expensive foundation that I don't want to waste. So maybe my thoughts on this will change once I have those!

This has become a staple in my weekend looks, I am not a daily makeup wearer, but when I want to look put together this is definitely my go to. It makes my skin look so healthy even after it's removed. I don't think I could ever change foundation again. I recently used it for a special event and I have to say it stayed on all day definitely looked better as the hours went on. If I ever resume my Makeup Artistry career I think this will be in my kit for sure!! Love you Fitglow for creating amazing products like this!

I have been a loyal Fitglow beauty foundation and mascara user for many years. I was frustrated when all of a sudden I no longer find my shade VF anymore online at some point during the last two years. (My skin always looked amazing and people constantly commented on it, while I was using the Fitglow original formula concealer.) I contacted Fitglow and was told that they would be releasing foundation again in 2022. I was eagerly awaiting that release while trying many other gluten free and clean foundations with no luck. All of the ones I tried looked blotchy, weird or went on dry and settled into fine lines. Imagine my disappoint when I ordered my new Fitglow foundation and A) it came in a glass bottle with a doe foot applicator ( not the most hygenic scenario) B) The color range is completely different ( and I can't quite seem to find the correct color match anymore) and C) This formula feels heavy and gooey during the application and then it quickly settles into all of my fine lines, even though I use a high quality primer ( the same one I've used for a very long time) I am incredibly disappointed in this formula. I did notice that the concealer seems to be the same color line and consistency ( for me at least) as the original formula foundation. I'm wondering if they started using that foundation formula as concealer? In desperation for special occasions, I use the concealer but that can get very expensive very quickly. Fitglow, is there any chance you would consider bringing back the original formula? I'm not sure why you would change something that was a standout product amongst the cleaner brands and turn it into something that is now mediocre at best.

I'm 34 years old with problematic skin. My skin issues range from Keratosis Polaris, hormonal acne, acne scars, and highly reactive to cosmetics. I started using foundation four years ago to cover up scars which created new breakouts, so I turned to clean beauty to solve the problem only to find that my skin was sensitive to many of the "organic" ingredients or they just didn't fair well. After spending 100's of dollars trying other clean beauty brands I found FitGlow Beauty and fell in love with how the products helped my skin and how well they performed. This foundation is a new release, but it didn't disappoint. I cautiously tried it out choosing f4 since it was recommended if I already used the c4 in concealer. I found it did not break me out, stayed beautifully on the skin, and has such nourishing ingredients that I am sure over time will make an improvement on my overall complexion. It might be my imagination, but I feel like my discolored skin has evened out some from the daily use of this foundation. I have used it consistently for around two months now. I repurchased a second bottle one shade darker for the summer months. FitGlow is on the pricey side for my standard of living, but it has been worth it for me to feel more confident about my skin in normal life on an everyday basis.

I absolutely love this foundation. It's nourishing and natural-looking, doesn't cake or slide around the skin. However, the application method is not good; the wand is not hygienic. It takes 2-3 wand-fuls to get enough product for my face, but each time I put the wand into the bottle I can hear that I'm forcing air into the bottle. If this were in a pump dispenser it would be a 5-star product!!

I've been using this for about 2 weeks and the coverage is incredible with very little product. I'm still playing around with application. I've been applying a few dots to my face then patting it with my fingers to disperse it around my face. I think a brush or sponge would have better results but I like that I can get by without them. My only wish is that there was a shade between F1 and F2.5 with neutral undertones. It's highly pigmented so even though it's blendable it's not as forgiving as a CC cream.
