“Not gonna lie there was an adjustment period. At the time I first purchased I was using Grown Alchemist primer and found it didn't mesh well with this foundation. But I switched to a dermalogica skincare routine paired with this foundation and it's magical. I love how pigmented it is. I can apply with fingers or sponge and then I love use the cheek/lip palette with my fingers for a finished look.”
“Really great foundation for my oily / combination acne prone skin. It has good coverage to help cover up my scarring and acne and is just the right amount of hydrating without being too oily. My only complaint really is the applicator - it is a wand with a sponge instead of a pump bottle so I am afraid it might get contaminated with other makeup or bacteria on my face when I apply it. Otherwise this is a pretty great product and the color match that I received was nearly perfect!”
“Performs as as well as a chemical product and is NOT a nontoxic foundation you have "work with it" or a toxic product parading as "clean"but actually have terrible ingredients. This foundation is so clean and yet work's unbelievably well. I believe my skin has improved since using it. I also love that the color is more yellow and not very pink which is hard to find with truly clean foundations.
I pray this company does not switch up the ingredients like other brands have and start using petrol dyes like red lake 5. Because right now there is no other product I want to use. I am now totally committed to fit glow beauty.”
“Yes, it is a bit sticky when applying, but this foundation leaves a beautiful sheen and feels wonderful.
The only problem is that the shade I bought is way too light for my skin, although the pictures indicated otherwise.
The product is too pricy to try and get it right a second time, so now I am left with nothing more than a very expensive highlighter, which I will rarely use.”
“This foundation is expensive, does not match the online colors and cannot be returned or exchanged if you have opened any aspect of the packaging. It is super thick and drying, you know, like a stage actor might appreciate it but otherwise it's a no. If you think you will email or call and talk to someone, well you won't. Between glosses, foundation and concealers I have spent over $200 with this company and it has been a total loss. For reference, I am 50 with dry skin and rosacea. I am fair but not ultra pale. I ordered F3 and it is an icky pasty orange color.”
