About Flair.co:

We founded Flair to solve a problem that almost every house or apartment has: the room that doesn't heat or cool evenly. Its temperature is out of sync with the rest of the house. It's either too hot or too cold.

Flair fixes that. We built a suite of products that give you room-level temperature control at an affordable cost.

“I purchased the Flair Puck because I was having trouble getting good control of my mini split with the provided remote. It was always colder or hotter than I wanted the room to be. The Puck seemed like a Nest for mini splits. I was surprised to learn I needed to keep it plugged in to work without a bridge. So now I need to consider a bridge for another $99. Please make that more clear in your product promos. I had trouble connecting the Puck to my mini split and I was pleased with the product support that resolved that problem. I had calibration problems that FAQs helped solve. Now all seems to work. So I give 4 strars.”

“I purchsed a PUCK and 2 - 4x10 smart registers. After I received them I found out that I had ordered he wrong size, I needed 4x12". I contacted FLAIR and they said to return them and they would provide me the correct size at NO ADDITIONAL COST. GREAT customer Serives. I had several problems to overcome while setting up the PUCK, No phone support BUT their email support was VERY responsive and was able to get me up and running very quickly. Most of their responces were THE SAME DAY! The APP, after a lot of fooling around and learning, was helpful at seeing how the system was operating. There is also a WINDOWS version that is also very helpful in tracking the systems performance. I'm going to add additional smart registers to the system if its good performance continues.”

“My six Flair Pucks are doing everything I expected them to do. I am not only able to control my Mitsubishi split systems but I can also monitor room temperatures and humidity. My only complaint is the difficulty in setting up a split system and Flair Puck. This process needs to be made a lot more user friendly.”
