“For years, my son was complaining of his room behind very cold during winter. So I wanted to figure a way to balance the heat between the 3 bedrooms. So I install first a puck in each bedroom to record the temperature and then I installed the smart vents. After few minutes of configuration and connection with my Nest, everything worked like a charm. And boy, it does make a huge different from Day 1. My son didn't know I had install the vents, but the next morning, he mentioned his room felt warmer than usual. Thanks to Flair.co, and soon I will install some more in other rooms.”

“Build quality is awesome. Metal louvers, metal frame, and metal cover makes for a solid build. I like the fact that this is the ONLY smart vent that can be wired in for power so I don’t have to rely on batteries. Hoping for an expandable module to provide POE to these - not only to have power but also a consistent connection to the web instead of relying on the puck for communication.”

“The smart vents are very easy to install and configuration is a breeze. The only challenge I found in the assembly was the battery holder, I found that sometimes I had to detach and re-attach the bottom (step 1) battery holder for the batteries to work this happened with approximately 4 of the 14 vents I assembled.”

“I will be ordering all my vents (5more) directly from flair from now on. Best quality comes directly from the manufacturer. I ordered several from Amazon only to receive open, used and dirty vents. I respect the manufacturers business practices.”
