A classic and beautiful cornflower with dense and double flowers in blue. The variety has a low and compact growth habit that is perfect for border beds, planters and pots. It is also very popular with all our pollinators and great to plant alongside other flower varieties. The cornflower looks incredibly pretty in bouquets both as freshly picked and as dried everlasting flowers. It is lovely to have in a vase on the table or to decorate the table setting. The flowers of the cornflower are edible and perfect as a garnish on dishes, baked goods, and summer cakes. Our tip is to spice up a Greek salad or a tuna bowl with avocado and pickled red onions with these cute flowers.
