The Cycle Syncing® Supplements Reviews

So far so good! At first I had a few weeks of break outs/ bad skin which is unusual for me and also tiredness and brain fog (outside the usual expected pms symptoms) when I first started taking them but I think that could have been my body detoxing. It has been a month now since I started taking the cycle syncing supplement kit as well as the Flo living vitamins and following the food suggestions and I’m feeling on the other side of that! My skin has cleared up, brain feels more focused and I am optimistic and excited to see how much better I can feel! I have struggled so long with PMS symptoms that finally finding a company that is designed to help with that has given me back hope of getting my life back on track!!! Thanks again!! :)

It's been a month since I've been taking the Cycle Syncing Supplements, and I noticed a change in my moods, energy levels and PMS symptoms almost immediately. I have lots of changes happening at once. Usually I would be a wreck, but I felt grounded throughout the chaos. The only thing I was doing differently was taking the Cycle Syncing Supplements, so I believe it works.

For the first time in my life I don't have painful cramps and mood swings during my period. I used to suffer from debilitating cramps. When I had my IUD, my cramps would be so bad on the first day of my period that I would often have to leave work early because I was unable to focus due to the pain. Since I got off of hormonal birth control and started the supplements my periods have been pain-free!!

I stumbled upon Alisa Vitti's website almost a decade ago after trying to learn more about a pituitary tumor in my horse that was affecting his hormone production. Somehow the search engine suggested her website where I ended up learning about my own hormonal problems/symptoms that I thought were just a fact of life. I read all her material I could get my hands on and when she suggested a supplement her and there, I searched for it and bought it where I could. Then Alisa sends an email about the most critical supplements gathered together in one program, sent to me all at once, and I was sold. The price tag may look steep seeing all the supplements' cost at once, but I knew from spending years buying all the bottles separately here and there that that's what I was spending anyway. There's no better investment than the investment in my health and I haven't stopped taking the cycle syncing supplements since. The tender breasts, bloating, cystic acne, hot flashes, mood swings, irregular spotting in my periods that I had since puberty just went away since I started taking Alisa's supplement recommendations and now that I'm 45, I have a healthier cycle than many girls I work with who are literally 1/2 my age. I trust what Alisa teaches me about my cycle and hormonal health and can't recommend her enough to others. Invest in your health, buy the supplements, take them, and feel better.

I have only been using this for a month so I am interested in the more long term effects. But in one month my skin has been very close to perfect (I am an esthetician so there are more than one thing factoring in). I usually get very extreme mood swings on day 20 and 26, I just looked at my app and noticed that day 20 passed with no grand event (thank everything). Overall, I would recommend. I will keep using for at least 6 months to see if its still helping.

This is only my first month taking it so I feel as though it may be too early to notice and major differences. However, I do notice that my normal PMS symptoms are somewhat minimized in the first month. I don't feel as sad and depressed, and even though I started getting my usual breast tenderness, it is not as severe. Small amount of breakouts but nothing major. The real test will be if I experience painful cramps like I usually do during my upcoming period.
