“The products are awesome, so is the customer service (Specifically Catherine), but international shipments have been a nightmare both times that I bought. The first time I had to pay high transportation and customs fees. The next time, I got my friend to procure it from the US (as she travelled between US and Switzerland, and she posted it to me from Switzerland to Germany) - the products are now shuttling between the postal services of both countries, the latest I know it's being sent back to Switzerland for God know what reason. I am tired of this. I love your products, but I request you very humbly to start shipping internationally yourselves, so that it's easier for the customers.”
