I’ve dealt with hormonal imbalances since my teens. I’m 30 years old, been off of the pill for over three years now and still dealing with irregular, heavy periods and hormonal acne. This supplement in combination with vitex berry has totally cleared up my acne, lightened my periods and decreased my symptoms of PMS and symptoms around ovulation.

These supplements are incredible and a total game changer. I take them for fibroids, heavy bleeding, and what I suspect is excess estrogen. Taking them sparingly throughout the month and then intensely the week before my period has, in one month, controlled my bleeding, and eradicated intense cramping and breast tenderness. WOW!! So yes, the actual supplements are kick ass. That said - dealing with operations of this enterprise is tedious at best and more often than not downright obnoxious. You can only buy the supplements in a pack - you can't get them without fielding aggressive attempts to get roped into signing up for their overpriced vitamins - and overall, the predatory, non-customer-friendly web design makes it unnecessarily difficult to pass on buying into their over-the-top subscription model. If you finally do manage to get an order in that's suitable, get ready to be hounded for your product reivews *multiple* times mere weeks after receiving your order. I almost never say anything if I can't say something nice - but after getting the umpteenth email asking for my perspective, I finally gave in. My perspective?? The directional management of this company reeks of desperation and gives me the ick! That said, the compounds are super helpful and I haven't seen the blend done just this way anywhere else. Just make sure to DYOR, don't let them rope you into extras you don't need, and expect to beat the emails off with a stick!

I've been taking the Release supplements for a month and so far they've been fine. I don't have any side effects from the mix and I'm hoping to see positive results regarding my polycystic ovaries when I have my next ultrasound in 2 months.

I've been following Dr. Vitti for more than 10 years now. I read her book, watched her TED talk, and decided to try the Release Supplements. I usually suffer from major PMS and get debilitating cramps during the first two days of my period. I'm 40 but I feel like I'm in high school again every time my period arrives. I just completed 30 days of the Release Supplements and I can tell that my period symptoms shifted. For one, my period was not heavy, a major surprise. I had little to no pain before my period started, I did not have tender breasts, and very minor lower back pain. I still had minor cramps, but they were tolerable. The second month of supplements is arriving this week and I will continue to take them, I think they are working for me. I also lost 3lbs, which is a huge plus. I also use the FLO app for food recommendations, which has helped a lot. I would recommend using these supplements, reading Alisa's book, using the app to track your cycle, and exercising for life-changing results.

I am 46 years old and for several years I have had to deal with extremely heavy, large clot periods. The Release supplements have helped tremendously! Much, much less clotting and not as heavy periods which is a life changer! Love my Release!

I have been taking these supplements for about 5 months already and they gave me a significant relief with my heavy bleeding. I know that I have to be more consistent with Flo living protocol but anyway those supplements are really helping!

I’ve had surgery for fibroids, cysts and endometriosis and birth control was prescribed to me to keep all of these ailments at bay. Unfortunately, birth control put me in a deep hormonal depression which was intolerable so I stopped it. My heavy bleeding came back worse than before. I couldn’t leave the house during my first two days because I was too sick and the bleeding was so heavy nothing could contain it. After only a couple of weeks of RELEASE, I got my period and the bleeding and cramps were greatly reduced. The next time I got my period my symptoms halved and so on until I had a normal period.
