“I bought the seven light and the five light version. I was planning to use one in the dinning/entertainment room and one in my homes foyer area. I installed the 7 light fixture in my dinning/entertainment room and loved it, but I decided to do something different in the foyer. Unfortunately I couldn't return the 5 light fixture because I was past the 45 day time limit for returns. Since I never opened the box I reached out to customer support to see what they could do. I'm happy to say they offered a very fair resolution. Thank Customer Support Team!”
