“I ordered and received two lights and one did not work. When asked by Flyachilles why I left a 3 star review, I explained about the non functioning light. They then contacted me and asked for details. I explained that by the time I realized one of them did not work, I could not comply with their return policy because of the time expired and the fact that I no longer had the original packaging. They sent two ideas to check out to see if there was any hope for the non functioning light. I had already tried both with no luck and replied as such. They then emailed to say they would send a replacement! I am completely overwhelmed with this degree of customer service! Outstanding!! Thank you !! Lorris W”
“I was skeptical at first but every since I installed these lights they have done nothing but impressed not only me but my neighbors as well. They are bright and produce enough light the side of the house that was dark to lighten it up very nicely.”
