“The shoes looked lovely and the delivery was very fast. unfortunately I had to return the shoes because they were way too big. I'm normally 7 to 7.5. The measurements on the box say 24cm which I thought would be the insole size but as mentioned by customer support it is the foot length and insole is 1 cm longer. I wish they provided this info with shoes description on the website to support the user buying experience. That would have saved my time and return postage cost.”
