“I feel totally scammed! I filled out the cancellation form and returned my items well in advance (tracking shows they received my returns 10 days ago). When I logged in a few days ago and saw my account still active I reached out to customer service, however the responses are auto/ai generated and I’ve gotten nowhere. I was just charged £110 for another month despite cancelling on the 19th of May! I’m due to have my baby soon, and this is the last thing I want to be dealing with after trying this service out. I now am going to have to report to my credit card company etc, so disappointed.”
“Ive signed up but now have a challenge in that anything I want to rent is unavailable. So I’ve currently not been able to take anything I like. Am not sure if this is going to work for me?”
