“I didn't have high expectations due to previous not-so-good health foods but I thought I'd go ahead and try it. Wow, excellent flavor. Consistency / texture is much better than I thought it would be. If I would have tried a bite without knowing it was a 'healthy' food, I wouldn't have known it was considered a healthy food. The 1-star deduction is because the bite is a bit gooey compared to what I'd prefer. I like a bit drier feeling so it doesn't stick to my fingers, but that's personal preference. Be sure to wash your hands before handling.”
