“First....love the taste of all the gummies...but the new flavor is great. I'm not a big morning breakfast guy so I always excercise before eating...I ski in the mornings for about 2 hours before I start to get hungry...but hate to have to go to the lodge for food...the reason why I carry these gummies in a side pocket...when I get hungry or feel like I'm losing energy I pop three of the gummies and continue kicking ass!! lol...holds me until lunch.
