“Honestly, I was skeptical that this would make much of a difference for me but as a dad of 3 under 3, hydrating appropriately throughout the day can fall by the wayside usually leaving me with headaches and dry mouth. However, since adding these gummies into my rotation, especially on hot days after chasing kids outside or playing a round of golf, I haven’t had any headaches and I’ve felt great.
