“Out of the three products — Hydration, Focus, and Recovery gummies — the Recovery gummies were by far the stickiest. Unlike the other two, they lacked the matte coating that prevents clumping, which caused the gummies to stick together. This made it difficult to reach into the bag without ending up with sticky fingers and a bit of a mess.
As for the effects, I didn’t notice any significant difference on the days I took the Recovery gummies compared to the days I didn’t. Personally, I find them overpriced for what they offer, and I haven’t experienced any noticeable benefits from taking them.”
