1. Very good flavor. Rich cherry taste and not overly sweetened
2. Good energy boost and low calorie. I was outside in prime heat on a 90+ degree day for 3+ hrs. Soaked in sweat. Came home, had three gummies and chugged some water, felt great after 10 mins…no heat crash
