“Title kind of says it all.... Been using it for about 2 weeks now.... havent noticed any difference in my life. im not more awake... im not more focused... i will say it wildly wrecked my morning coffee.... tastes just awful with coffee, unless you like your coffee tasting like bitter chocolate... and coffee.. (but somehow worse than that) i also have some cinnimon pouches but i refust to put that in my coffee. I will say i can understand how they say it makes your coffee "smoother" but thats not something i would need.
Ive started mixing it with a small glass of chocolate milk in the moring and then enjoying my coffee after and that makes it much more palateable but again i have not noticed any difference in my daily life in any way.”
