“I have been using MCT oil for a long time now. It's always left a residue in the cups and sometimes a tough clean-up as the other things I added like cinnamon and pink salt stuck to the cup with the MCT oil. Now, I don't have to worry about any of that. One scoop of the good stuff, mix it up and it easily dissolves. Great taste too!”
